We are currently hiring a Solution Architect to join our team in Hilliard, Ohio.

As a Solution Architect, you will leverage your knowledge of company process, applications, and architectures to lead the architectural and design efforts for products, projects and maintenance leveraging the agile/DevOps delivery model. Additionally, you will drive change and innovation from a technical perspective and advocate new technologies within formal and informal networks. The first part of this role will require you to analyze .NET implementation to really understand the potential integration with CyberArk (security and access management software). You will work on the identity and access management on the type of accounts and access needs and help the team understand the technology. The second part of this role will be cloud work. You will be meeting and working with teams outside the United States as well. **Must be W2 employee of TechStar Group and job will require the person to initially work a hybrid model working both on-site and remote. Job Responsibilities

Leads the overall functional and technical design of assigned products, by collaborating with business and IT partners.
Ensures that product technical components conform to IT standards, or regional guidelines where appropriate.
Creates new applications and features that adhere to technical guidelines and business expectations in an Agile process.
Mentors developers and performs reviews in furtherance of secure coding and design pattern implementation.
Designs applications to execute with high level of operational efficiency.
Prepares and documents standard operating procedures and protocols as well as required system documentation.
Supports operational excellence goals through strong operations knowledge.
Resolves escalated support topics as part of tier-3 DevOps role to ensure the highest availability of critical applications.
Plans and execute upgrades of existing applications, tools, and features.
Creates solutions and solves problems using a cloud-native toolchain, to ensure world-class uptime and business agility.
Plans work-effort as part of Agile projects, supporting or even leading ceremonies.
Advocates for customer-centric systems that are well-designed with a view toward excellent customer experience, and clear business requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned by management. Leads in outlining the technology/process vision in area of responsibility.
Designs and develops technology products and integrates new technology projects into the technical landscape.
Defines improvements to systems and processes that improve efficiency and competitive posture of the company.
Evaluates vendor, service provider, and open-source code quality to ensure best-of-breed vendor and technology solutions. Leads in the analysis of requirements and the development of system designs daily.
Creates project/technical collateral for internal business partners and external service providers daily.
Advises project managers, disciplinary managers, and product owners on technical solutions and business processes daily.
Guides resources in global product domains in engineering best-practices.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or the equivalent of 4 years of experience. in the management of information technology application development, maintenance, and support.
5+ Years of demonstrated success in Information Technology, with at least:
3+ Years in a senior-level software engineering role, and:
2+ Years architecting complete IT systems
1+ Years working in Agile projects.
Experience with .Net development.
Experience with Cloud Native Computing, esp. Docker & Kubernetes in public cloud.
Experience building micro-service architectures.
Must be able to communicate and work with different teams, outside the U.S., at all levels both technical and non-technical.
Hands-on experience with AWS Security, Best Practices and AWS is required.
Candidate must be a self-starter with minimum supervision in order to deliver this project.
Familiarity with security of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle).
Including SQL Audit, Roles, Permissions, etc.
.NET experience including .NET5, C#9, WebAPI, REST API required.
Working knowledge to Secure Microservices required.
Preferred:

Experience implementing solutions with OAuth, Open ID Connect (OIDC), etc. a plus.
Familiarity with Security standards and best practices (OWASP, SANS, NIST, etc.) a plus.
