IBM Security Access Manager

• Strong understanding of IBM Security Access Manager

• 4 to 6+ years of experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components.

• Strong understanding and good handson in MFA

• Good knowledge on Webseal

• Good Knowledge on LDAP

• Troubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation.

• Performs maintenance activities e.g. patching, performance tuning and backups

• Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management

• Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently
